Sometimes are days where you have to do extra work to get done your projects. This would be ok if get extra pay for your extra work. Now, don't confuse, the extra pay would be ok only if it deserved, If you had 10 years and wait until the last one to start it's not ok. Having said that, In Video games, Industries happen something that it's called crunch.

Crunch it's basically, if you need 3 years to create a game, you only have 1 years to it, even if these means: quick to your social and personal life, get mental and healthy problems and without extra pay.

I mean, I still don't understand how can exist, it's dumb. If your workers, yes the people who make the video game, are not good, you will have a problem.

I guess that this is easy to stop it. If all of the animators, developers, illustrators decided to stop, companies will have to check again his strategies and have better times, better environments to work, betters schedules, but hey, it's just my opinion.
